1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a PavementIQ account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PavementIQ.

2. Description of service

PavementIQ is an AI-powered pavement inspection platform. We provide tools for field inspection documentation, PASER scoring, report generation, and CRM integration. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change.

3. AI accuracy disclaimer

AI-generated PASER scores, distress classifications, and repair recommendations are provided as decision-support tools only. They do not constitute professional engineering advice. All AI findings should be reviewed by a qualified inspector before use in construction, legal, or financial decisions. PavementIQ is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

4. Measurement accuracy

Satellite-based measurements are provided for estimation purposes. Accuracy varies based on satellite imagery resolution and property characteristics. For legal surveys or precise construction takeoffs, consult a licensed surveyor.

5. Account and billing

Free accounts are provided at no cost with usage limitations. Premium ($19/user/month) and Ultra ($29/user/month) plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PavementIQ to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or resell access without written permission. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of liability

PavementIQ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
