Our story
PavementIQ was founded by Carlos Ezeta, Sales Director at Garden State Pavement Solutions and founder of SynthMind Solutions — an AI consulting firm helping SMBs leverage artificial intelligence in their daily operations.
After nearly a decade in construction, distribution, and paving sales, Carlos saw firsthand how much time field teams wasted on documentation that should be automatic. A walk around a parking lot with a phone should produce a professional report — not a notebook full of scribbles that someone types up back at the office two days later.
